Kilbeggan Single Pot Still
Exclusively matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, the Kilbeggan Single Pot Still is comprised of unmalted barley, malted barley and 2.5% oats which was double distilled through two copper pot stills at Ireland's oldest licensed distillery. The mash bill was inspired by recipes used at the Kilbeggan Distillery in the late 1800s, when oats would have been grown across the Midlands region in Ireland. Warming flavours of citrus and herbaceous notes followed by a creamy, oily pot still spice.
