Mikkeller Citra Dry Hop Vodka
A vodka like no other, well not quite it does have a sibling which is dry hopped with Simcoe hops! This is a smooth and tasty vodka with the grapefruit and citrus hit of the hops but without the bitterness. Dry hopping is a process commonly used in beer making were the hops are added to the cold liquid in large teabag like nets. The process takes the natural flavouring oils from the hops without adding the typical bitterness that comes from hop boiling.
