Empirical Symphony 6
From Denmark's Empirical Spirits comes this rather unique flavoured spirit. Made with a combination of aromatic leaves - Mandarin orange leaf, lemon leaf, coffee leaves and blackcurrant buds - as well as vetiver roots and ambrette seeds. The result is reminiscent of a garden in bloom on warm summer evenings, fragrant notes of blackcurrant buds burst forward, with lively, refreshing citrus close behind.

Tasting Notes from the Producer | |
Flavour | On the palate, the fragrant black currant bud aromas lead the way, followed by the refreshing citrus acidity. The green fruity fig leaves are then expressed, succeeded by the leathery muskiness of coffee leaves and ambrette seeds to finish on the length of the vetiver roots. |
