Introducing Hazelburn 12 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Wood, an unpeated single malt matured exclusively in oloroso sherry casks for 12 years, before being bottled in November 2022. Opens with enchanting aromas of sea salt, dried fruits, raisins, dates, and a rich earthiness. From the first sip, notes of liquorice, ginger, prunes, sticky caramel, and vanilla can be found. Lots of lingering hints of Black Forest Gateau and brambles in the finish. A true delight for the senses!
