This distinguished single malt is beautifully led by European Oak, sherry seasoned in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. The liquid was left undisturbed for 25 years until it was ready to be enjoyed. On the palate, this release is full of rich dried fruits, black cherries and chocolate with hints of crystallised ginger and toasted almonds, leading to a lengthy finish with touches of oak.
