A recreation of the classic blend that would showcase the Malvasia that wealthy families in Madeira drank in their homes in the 1950s. The best Malvasias with great elegance were chosen from wines from the demijohns of Mario Barbeito and Manuela Vasconcelos. Robust on the palate with a well-defined acidity unleashing its full potential. Layered jam flavors, rich but with a fine and delicate dryness. Well-rising acidity in a powerful and bittersweet finish. Excellent as a digestif, pairs well with strong cheeses.
