Rooster Rojo Tequila Anejo
From Jalisco, Mexico comes this delightful anejo tequila made with blue agave, using the Fabrica de Tequilas method of cooking the piña with steam in autoclaves for 10 hours. Double pot distilled in stainless steel pot stills and aged in oak to create a tequila that's rich and creamy in the mouth with notes of mixed peels, honey-dipped apricot, and dark chocolate. Earthy, toasty agave and a little wood spice are present throughout.
