Introducing the second release from Redacted Independent Bottlers: an exceptional Double Pot Distilled Irish Whiskey from the Blackwater Distillery in County Waterford. Made from an interesting quartet of distinct casks, each contributing to a unique balance flavours. Composed entirely of Irish-grown grains, the mash bill includes 5% rye, 15% oat, 10% wheat, 35% barley, 30% malted barley, and 5% Irish turfed malt. After vatting, this whiskey was matured for a further 12 months finishing in a Widow Jane Bourbon Barrel. Limited to just 252 bottles released.
