Acclaimed winemaker Raül Bobet is the architect behind the internationally-renowned Castell d’Encus winery. His scientific approach makes for fresh, fine, elegant, complex wines of exceptional quality which will be served on the night. Sponsored by Castell D'Encus and Celtic Whiskey Shop.
