Heavens Door Exploration Series 1
From the legendary artist Bob Dylan comes the first release in their Exploration Series. The first expression is a Tennessee bourbon that was finished in Calvados casks, which the company states that for these barrels, “Calvados, an apple brandy from Normandy, France, matures for at least two years in the French oak casks before being filled with our Tennessee Bourbon.” Following the finishing for an undisclosed amount of time, the bourbon is then exposed to medium-heavy toasted French oak staves sourced from Quercus Petraea trees for an undisclosed amount of time before being blended and bottled.
