Hyde 1640 No.8 Stout Cask Finish
A superb blended whiskey which has been comprised of 75% 4 Year Old Single Grain (previously aged in an ex-Bourbon cask) and 25% 4 Year Old Single Malt (previously matured in an Oloroso Sherry Butt) before being finished for five to six months in a Cotton Ball Stout infused cask. This collaboration between Hyde Whiskey and the Cotton Ball Brewing Company has resulted in a whiskey which has an abundance of coffee and malty notes. Smooth and creamy on the finish!
