The Bridge Black Donkey No.1 Single Malt Single Cask
A very special limited edition release collab between Lough Ree Distillery and Black Donkey Brewing in Co. Roscommon. This whiskey is made from double distilled GND single malt Irish whiskey matured for 6 years in first fill Bourbon cask. It was then finished in an ex Recioto de Valpolicella cask that matured Black Donkey's Rua ale for an exceptionally fruity and aromatic special release called Ruacioto. The result is a whiskey packed full of notes of chocolate, figs, golden raisins, and cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon.
