Named after the island of Inchenagh and inspired by the Saint Caencomhrac. This rare and exclusive 21 year old single malt is the oldest release from Lough Ree to date and aged is in first fill bourbon cask for 16 years and 3 months, then 2 years, 7 months in a 125L Oloroso cask (resized cask made from an old solera butt) before a final finish of 2 years, 6 months in a second fill bourbon cask. Bottled at 46% and limited to 146 bottles.
