Arbikie Kirsty's Gin
Kirsty’s Gin is distilled using the carefully selected local botanicals chosen by Arbikie's Master Distiller, Kirsty Black. The unsual characteristic with this edtion is that the base spirit is the distillery's own potato vodka spirit (no grain nuetral spirit as is commonly used for gins). The kelp, carline thistle & blaeberry embody the elements of ocean, rock & land that surround the distillery's east coast, Angus farmlands.
This juniper led floral gin comprises of three local botanicals found on the Arbikie Estate. Kelp (seaweed), Carline Thistle and Blaeberries embodying the three elements of the Arbikie distillery - the sea, the rock and the land. Kirsty's Gin was awarded gold at the San Francisco International Spirits Competition and Arbikie was recently named Scottish Gin Distillery of the Year at the Scottish Gin Awards 2017.

| Taste | Very smooth and easy to drink unmixed and uncut. The flavours are harmonious and well integrated with no single element jumping out of place. The flavours evolve nicely from spice and juniper leading to lemon cream and sea spray/brine with herbal finish. |
