A full and flavoursome Pisco from the DO Pisco region of Chile. Up to 15 different grape varieties are used including Muscat of Alexandria, Black Muscat and Pedro Ximenez. After fermentation the wine is distilled in traditional copper pot stills. This Pisco has some interesting smoky flavours combined with a vibrant fruitiness.
