Torabhaig, the second legal distillery built on the Isle of Skye, releases its second single-malt Scotch with the name Allt Gleann. Part two of the Legacy Series, it's drawn from small batches of only 30 casks and is made with a mix of Concerto and Laureate malted barley. A progression of the distillery's famously smoky palate, it's robustly peaty followed by grilled yellow fruits and fresh coastal notes.
