This special release from Tipperary Boutique made its debut at Whiskey Live Dublin 2022 and is now available to buy at long last! Made from 100% barley grown on Ballindoney farm and matured in carefully selected casks which imbibe its own unique properties. The whiskey then underwent a final ageing in ex-rioja casks for a rich finish. Non chill filtered and bottled at 51.5%, this unique single cask is full of sweet grain flavours from the malted barley married with soft fruits from the ex-rioja casks.
