Ion Whiskey Cask Spiced Rum
A highly aromatic hand-made Irish Spiced Rum made in a purpose built "Caribbean-Style" double retort still. The rum was inspired by the original Irish pirate queen "Granuaile" — also known as Grace O'Malley — a fiery Irish woman who lived, fought and thrived in adversity.
Notes of dried fruit, molasses and caramelised sugar, with some warming spice and touches of oak on the finish.
