Representing traditional farm distilling; they grow their own barley before malting, distilling, maturing and bottling every bottle on site. The 100% Islay 10th Edition was distilled from the 2007, 2009 and 2010 barley harvests before being matured in 39 bourbon barrels and 2 oloroso sherry butts for a minimum of 9 years.
