| Aromas (without water) | The nose is rich with fruity, sherried smokiness accompanied by seaweed and light creosote, dried chili flakes, spicy black pepper and hints of sweet oakiness. |
| Palate (without water) | Sip to find powerful, rich, sherried, herbal smoky flavours with orange peel, coffee, a touch of sea salt, tobacco and white pepper. The finish is long and quite pungent with more smoke and a delightful hint of liquorice and sea spray. |
