This contains the distillery’s very own small batch distillate that has been further matured in unique French wine barrels from the Sauternes appellation near Bordeaux. The sweet wine casks have added some delicious notes of apricot, honey, peaches and marmalade. Bottled at 46% and limited to just 7800 bottles.
