| Nose | Delicate and soft on the nose, light citrusy notes coming through with a subtle biscuit note. Lemon puff or custard cream biscuits. |

| Flavour | On the palate, that grain sweetness is very pronounced, the custard, vanilla and butterscotch from the bourbon come through, giving way to a lingering fruity note. Orchard fruits such as apple and pear come through in a very delicate but lingering fashion which gives way to a wonderfully sweet and lingering spicy note like sweet cinnamon |
