This inaugural bottling has matured in ex Pedro Ximenez sweet sherry casks for 3 years which makes for a delightfully smooth and fruity flavour. A fantastic introduction to their single cask releases, it's mildly spicy with notes of honey, butterscotch and heather. Limited to only 280 bottles!
