Wise Owl Irish Whiskey
A relatively young whiskey that is triple distilled and finished in a range of different casks. The whiskey undergoes a final casking in Imperial stout cask with a blend of grain and malt whiskey and a drop of peated malt. The result is a smooth and sweet whiskey with vanilla overtones which leads to a bold rich spicy and smokey finish that stays long after the last sip. Non chill filtered and no colouring added.
