The latest release from Flying Tumbler! This expression is a complex and deep 12 Year Old blend made from older spirit from distilleries around the country. Aged independently in bourbon casks and then married into an Oloroso cask for over 12 months. Beautiful malty cereal notes at the front, like Weetabix splashed with warm milk. On the palate, the fruitiness really shines through, with layers of both summer berries and dessert flavours, like a delicious trifle, with layers of cream, custard and red berries. Biscuity and syrupy at the finish.
