Another addition to our Celtic Cask range - Celtic Cask Fiche. This double distilled malt has been matured in a 2nd fill Bourbon cask for 23 years. Part of this cask was then re-casked in a specially commissioned 53 litre Oloroso sherry cask for over 2 years.

| Taste | Evolves nicely, going from pineapple, lemon and orchard fruits to cereal, salty and savoury flavours. |
| Nose | Rich sherry notes. Oloroso, salted caramel, raisins, melted butter, orange peel and milk chocolate. |
