Celtic Cask Fiche a Ceathair was double distilled on the Island of Ireland and first matured in a 2nd fill bourbon barrel for 23 years. Part of this cask was then re-casked in a specially commissioned 53 litre Oloroso sherry cask for over 3 years. Limited to 60 bottles.
