The latest release from the Dubliner Irish Whiskey range, this well rounded blend has been finished in a O' Haras craft beer stout cask. Full of aromas of ripe pears and apple drops, the stout cask brings malty notes of digestive biscuits and toasted marshmallow, as well as nutmeg spice. On tasting you are met by flavours of candied ginger dipped in chocolate, violets and vanilla pods. The stout cask lends a creaminess to the palate and dark chocolate notes that dominate the finish, rounded by intense nutmeg.
