Fairy Tree Gin is an exciting new Summer Gin that launched recently at Whiskey Live Dublin 2022! This gin is distilled in their own distillery at the farm at Ballindoney, Co. Tipperary. Made with homegrown barley and leaves from the Hawthorn trees surrounding the land. These, combined with traditional botanicals, gives Fairy Tree Gin a sweet nutty flavour with some unique herby/fruity notes.
