This is a wonderful vibrant and unusual gin made in northern Spain using Mirabelle plums & Albariño grapes. It is a family owned distillery in Galicia. Each botanical is is distilled seperately in order to achieve an exact balance of flavours. This means the Gin goes through nine seperate distillations! Botanicals used to create the spirit include gorse flowers from local mountains, mirabelle plums and albariño grapes.
