| Nose | Aromas of cinnamon buns, dried fruits, caramel toffee, roasted nuts and oak. |
| Palate | Good weight and viscosity with flavours of dried citrus peel, Christmas cake, marmalade and cinnamon. |
| Finish | Becomes buttery and smooth with some persistent oak and dried fruit flavours. |
