The House of Botanicals Old Tom Gin
Dr Adam Elan-Elmegirab is back with an unique bottling that is distilled in London, the home of Old Tom Gin, and then compounded in Aberdeen combining historic and modern practices both to its production method but also to the botanical selection.
Juniper berries, angelica root, orris root, coriander seed, cassia bark, almond, orange peel and lemon peel are firstly distilled before the gin is shipped to Scotland and compounded with delicate saffron and chamomile flowers, before lastly sweetening with a hint of muscovado sugar. The Old Tom Gin is bottled at a mighty 47% abv.
