The new Whistler Mosaic Marsala Cask from Boann Distillery is a wonderful new single grain, a truly premium example of Irish Whiskey. Initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before a further period of maturation in the highest quality Sicilian Marsala casks. This whiskey is extremely well ballanced, with delicious bursts of fruit on the nose and palate.
