| Nose | The influence of the bourbon cask is immediately obvious. Crème brulee, salted caramel and molten honeycomb bombard the senses. |
| Palate | The heavyweight PX and Madeira casks punch through with sun dried raisins, creamy blossom honey and tiramisu laced with vanilla. |
| Finish | The sweet spice from the bourbon cask takes the curtain call rounding off the taste experience perfectly. Warm, lingering and mellow. |
