A smooth and mild tasting Mezcal that has been made from Maguey Cerrudo in the heartland of Mezcal, Santiago Matatlan. Made using traditional methods: the agave hearts are crushed in a horse drawn tahona and have been roasted in underground ovens before being fermented with airborne yeast and double distilled in copper pot stills.
